Today, I want to introduce you to and share a heartwarming success story from our friends at Bruised Not Broken Animal Rescue! 🌟🐾 Bruised Not Broken is ran by one of our fellow FurWell proud pet parents Alyssa Long…If you have not had the chance to meet her you are missing out because she is awesome! 🙌

Bruised Not Broken is a dedicated animal rescue based in our community. Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find forever homes for animals that have been through tough times. 🏠🐶🐱 This rescue has been making a positive impact on the lives of many furry friends. 🤗❤️ Their team works tirelessly to provide loving care, medical attention, and plenty of TLC to animals that have faced hardships and traumas. Many of which were put on the kill list at shelters due to their age or medical conditions 😢 Bruised Not Broken believes that every animal, no matter their past, deserves a second chance at happiness and a loving forever home. 🏡🐕  And that is something FurWell can stand behind!

On their website, you’ll find heartwarming success stories, adorable adoption profiles, and information about how you can get involved and support their cause. 📚🐈 They are always looking for volunteers, foster families, and donations to help continue their life-saving efforts. Here is just one example of the great work they are doing:

Meet Tulip, formerly known as Wheelie. 🌷 She was found as a stray and brought to Greenville Animal Control, where they noticed she was suffering from a severe Upper Respiratory Infection. The shelter was already overcrowded, and poor Tulip needed a rescue to step in and save her life. Bruised Not Broken immediately came to her rescue and brought her into their loving care. 🤗❤️ For the next three weeks, Tulip received the best treatment possible – antibiotics mixed with wet food to avoid coughing up kibbles, plenty of fluids, and lots of rest in her cozy kennel. 🏥💧 She bravely fought her way back to health, thanks to the dedication and love of the rescue’s team. 💪🐕

When Tulip was ready to find her forever home, she had an overwhelming amount of interest from potential adopters. But as fate would have it, ONE perfect family came to meet her, and it was an instant connection! 🏡🐾 The stars aligned, and Tulip found her forever family, and they haven’t looked back since. 🌠 Just look how happy she is now!!! 💖

Stories like Tulip’s remind us why animal rescues like Bruised Not Broken are so essential in our community. They provide a lifeline to animals in need, offering them a second chance at happiness and a loving forever home. 🏠❤️
